Building Resilience for a Sustainable Covid-19 Recovery for Vietnamese International Migrant Workers

This study provides insights on the profile and experiences of surveyed international migrant workers who returned to Viet Nam during the COVID-19 pandemic. It sheds light on the gender-specific migration patterns and underscores the unique challenges encountered by female international migrant workers.

Furthermore, this research provides evidence-based recommendations that can guide policymakers and state-management agencies in enhancing the safety and protection of Vietnamese international migrant workers. It emphasizes the importance of fostering resilience as a key component of a sustainable COVID-19 recovery strategy.
