This is the first IOM's e-course for employers that introduces the changing business environment, tells the story of a migrant worker, and explains the key principles laid out in the Migrant Worker Guidelines.

The e-course is free of charge and can be completed in 90 minutes. Upon completion of the e-course, participants will receive a certificate from IOM's e-campus.
